Parent and Tot Class

Parents and Tots Class

For students ages 18 months-3 years and their parents. This is the only class we offer where students don't need to be potty trained. This class is a great skill builder. They will learn body movements and awareness, listening skills, improve their coordination and strength, and bond with their mom or dad.

Toddler Tumbling

For ages 2-3, however students must be potty trained to join. In this class your children will learn body control, listening skills, awareness of self and others, and basic tumbling skills. We make sure to have fun, play games, and keep our students engaged.

Beginner

In this class students will learn basic skills, such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and backbend kickovers. We offer 4-5 year old classes, 6-9 year old classes, and 9 and up classes.

Intermediate

Requires a back-bend kick-over to get in. Students will learn 1 handed cartwheels, front-handsprings, front and back-walkovers, back-handsprings, front and back limbers etc.

Advanced

Requires a back-handspring either standing or round-off. You will learn power tumbling, sequencing, handsprings, back tucks, layouts, and twisting flips.

Cheerleading

5-9 Yr Old Cheer

5-9 Yr Old Cheer

For students ages 5-9

This class is designed for younger age students and is non competitive. They will learn tumbling skills such as back-bend kickovers, cartwheels, and round-off back-handsprings, learn simple side line cheers, stunt, and improve their jumps.

9 & Up Cheer

For students ages 9 & up

This class is for ages 9 and up and is designed to be more advanced. They will learn round-off back-handsprings, front-handsprings, tumbling sequences, stunts, and jumping sequences.

Parkour

Beginner

Skill building class focusing on proper technique and strength. Students will learn vaulting skills, hurdling, running up the wall, basic break dancing skills, and tumbling skills such as cartwheels, handstands, and back-handsprings.

Intermediate/ Advanced

For students who have a handstand to bridge, strength and flexibility. This class will work on more advanced tumbling & parkour tricks and combination skills.

Our Homeschool Athletics are a great option for those students learning from home that need an outlet to release energy, socialize, and just plain have fun! These classes are held twice a week for 45 minutes and include traditional physical instruction and testing as well as fun games.

Aerials Silks for Kids

Our Aerial silks for kids 6 and up. In these classes each student will get their own silk to practice on. They will learn how to use the fabric apparatus in a safe way mastering climbs, poses, and drops, as well as conditioning skills and increasing their flexibility.

Bungee Fitness

Bungee Fitness

A fun way to work out while providing low impact for your body. Participants wear a climbing harness that is connected to a bungee cord which provides resistance and assistance to perform various dance moves, plyometrics, leaps, and inversions.

Private Classes

Private Classes

Private classes can be for anyone, any age and can be custom designed to fit your needs. It can be one-on-one, or a private sibling class. Class time is 45 min unless discussed ahead of time. Classes can be for your child to get a specific skill or for general overall skills, please talk to assigned coach for desired outcomes.
